Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. All lampshades are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.
Absolutely. Our Bespoke Commissions service allows you to specify size, colour, material, and finish. Simply get in touch with your requirements, and we'll create a design proposal tailored to your space.
Every lampshade is treated with a premium fire-retardant spray in the studio once the wrapping is complete.

To keep your lampshade looking its best, gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading, and do not use water or cleaning products. For deeper cleaning, please contact us for advice specific to your shade's materials.
Because our ready-to-buy drops are limited collections and our bespoke commissions are made-to-order specifically for your space, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your shade arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.
To protect the hand-wrapped textiles and ensure the longevity of your shade, I highly recommend LED bulb or a maximum 40W equivalent.
I photograph every shade in natural studio light to capture the palette as accurately as possible. However, because different digital screens display tones slightly differently, there may be a very minor variation in real life.
