Slice Shades was born out of a passion for colour, textiles and interiors. After working in the fashion industry for over a decade and renovating my own home, I couldn’t find lighting that felt considered enough so I started making it. Drawing on my years of design experience, I created lampshades and lighting to bring bold, structured stripes and premium craftsmanship to every space.

The slow made process
Every lampshade is hand-wrapped loop by loop, making the process just as considered as the design. It's a slow made approach built to last and rooted in circular thinking. Wrapping the pieces this way gives the bold stripes a clean, seamless flow in beautiful slices of colour.
